When I read that something has the potential to kill the MRSA ‘superbug,’ I’m all ears because it scares me that our antibiotics a defenseless against it.
What I love about what we are about to show you is that it’s all natural and each ingredient has a long-standing reputation and proven ability to heal. So for me, this recipe has a lot of credibility and it makes sense to combine these ingredients together.
When doctors put people on chemo for cancer or strong meds for a chronic disease, they usually tell the patient that eating the right foods will help mitigate most of the harsh side effects.
One vegetable that is almost always recommended to help sick people heal is garlic. Some experts even say that it’s “nature’s best medicine.”
The reason for this starts with 2 compounds found in garlic, an amino acid called allicin that is rich in sulphur and a protein-based enzyme called allinase. But that’s not where the magic is, you have to crush the clove to force these 2 compounds to mix and form a third volatile compound, called allicin.
It exists in raw garlic only and survives for just a few hours.
Our digestive system converts allicin into sulfenic acid, which is one of the most effective free radical assassins known to man. This compound is also a very powerful antibiotic and offers anti-fungal and anti-viral features. Allicin can wipe out harmful bacteria, yeast infections, viruses, parasites, and even drug-resistant MRSA.
Recent research shows the compounds in garlic are highly effective against fighting MRSA (“the superbug”). However, the results only came from freshly crushed garlic, which was applied directly to the infection several times throughout the day.
Tip: You can use the back of a large knife to crush the garlic, but I personally use a garlic press (we recommend this) which I also use to produce freshly pressed ginger.

A ‘shot’ equals a one tablespoon serving. For protection during the winter months take 1 shot 30 minutes before breakfast. If you get sick, take 1 shot before each meal (up to 3 shots daily).
We intentionally kept the batch small so you can continue to make fresh batches, which is key to its effectiveness.
4 cloves organic garlic* (we recommend this)
1/2 cup raw organic honey (we recommend this)
4 thumbs organic turmeric root
4 thumbs organic ginger root
2 teaspoons black pepper
*Black garlic is the most powerful.
Break heads of garlic into separate cloves.
Do NOT peel garlic cloves, but just remove the outer layer.
Crush the garlic cloves.
Wash and peel turmeric and ginger.
Toss everything into a food processor or blender (we recommend this) to finely chop it.
Pour the honey over the garlic in a mason jar.
